Penelope Porch, CPA

Penelope's credentials and experience include a Masters Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University and over 20 years in public accounting with a concentration in the areas of business and real estate taxation. Committed to education and research, Penny has a thorough understanding of tax law and its application to businesses and individuals. She has taught university level tax classes and continuing education courses for the Society of California Accountants and other professional organizations.

Marla A. Gullickson, CPA

Marla's background includes over 20 years in public accounting with an emphasis in accounting, audit and internal control structure review and analysis. Formerly, a senior audit manager for a large regional accounting firm, she has significant experience with a wide range of businesses, including retail, real estate development, professional service, non-profit and manufacturing. Recognized for her knowledge of accounting systems and internal controls, she provides consulting, litigation support and expert testimony in these areas. Over the years, Marla has held several board positions. She has been a member of the boards of Santa Rosa Ursuline Corporation and Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Santa Rosa.

Our principals are members in good standing of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and hold current licensure with the California State Board of Accountancy and Montana Board of Accountancy. In addition, our firm participates in the AICPA's peer review program and in their report dated October 2003, we received an unqualified opinion.
